Welcome to Research Manager Intensive Training programme! We are thrilled that you are considering joining us for an engaging and informative experience.
Before you register, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions carefully to ensure you understand our policies regarding registration, payment, cancellation, and more.
1. Registration and Payment
1.1. The Research Manager Intensive Training course is designed to accommodate from 18 to a maximum of 25 participants to ensure a quality learning experience for everyone involved.
1.3. Spots are allocated according to the first-come, first served principle.
1.2. To secure your place in the course, payment must be made in full at least 5 weeks prior to the start of the course. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in the forfeiture of your spot to another interested participant.

2. Cancellation and Repayment
2.1. Cancellation by Participant:
2.1.1. We understand that circumstances can change. Participants who wish to cancel their registration must do so in writing.
2.1.2. Cancellations made up to 5 weeks before the start of the course will receive a full refund of the course fee.
2.1.3. For cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the course begins, a 35% administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
2.1.4. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start date are not eligible for a refund. However, participants may transfer their course ticket to another individual.
2.2. Cancellation by Organizer:
2.2.1. In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a subsequent course date, without any additional fees.
3. Waiting List
3.1. In the event that the course reaches its maximum capacity, interested individuals may opt to be placed on a waiting list.
3.2. Waitlisted individuals will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis if a spot becomes available due to cancellations.
3.3. Waitlisted individuals will have 48 hours to accept the offer and complete the payment to secure their place in the course.
3.4. If case of no cancelations—or if a waitlist remains after cancelations—waitlisted individuals will have priority for the next edition of the training.
4. General Conditions
4.1. The course schedule, content, and instructors are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
4.2. By registering for this course, participants agree to these terms and conditions in full.
