For each cost item in the budget, provide a brief – one sentence – description of what the cost item includes. An example for academic staff could be:Anders And, PhD student: Salary costs are calculated using the University's annual standard rate for associate professors; amounts include legally required fringe benefits.Operational costs: Project-related consumables include: purchasing costs for cell culturing, including antibodies; media, growth factors; tissue culture plastic; pipettes; other glassware; and lab supplies necessary to perform the experiments.Isotope age dating: costs for 15 mass spec analyses at DKK 3,500 (DKK 52,500) as quoted by the Acme Labs.

The purpose of the CV is to help reviewers decide whether the applicant has a background that is well suited to perform the project. For this reason, personal interests are not relevant. Voluntary work should only be included if it is relevant to the proposed research.

The NFFR Frontier Fellowship is primarily intended for postdoctoral fellowships, but it is also open to any project by early-career researchers that fulfil the criteria as they are described in the Call for proposals. If applying for another type of project, this should be clearly explained in the introduction to the project description.
